BEFORE UPLOADING, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DCP MATCHES THE MARKET SPECS:

DCPs may be Interop or SMPTE and must comply with ISDCF naming conventions: http://isdcf.com/dcnc/

24 fps only. If you need to deliver a different format, you must contact the American Film Market immediately

Note that the “Content Title Text” is the reference by which content is identified on a server

Annotation Text, CPL, and KDM must all reference the same filename

No bars, no tones, and no slates. The DCP should start on a black frame and end on a black frame and will be played as delivered

DCP may be submitted as encrypted or unencrypted, but we strongly prefer unencrypted. If encrypted, we require DKDMs

Subtitles must always be in the active picture area

Your upload should contain only the DCP (no QTs, pictures files, or documents)

DCP data rates shall be below 250 Mbps

All DCPs should have 8 channels of audio, with unused channels rendered silent. Audio formats of 2.0 - 5.1 accepted

BY UPLOADING YOUR FILM, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Pricing for digital delivery of DCP: DCPs under 30 minutes $150 | DCPs over 30 minutes $300 | All DCPs after October 22nd $500

Payment: Once your DCP has been uploaded, UKN will email you an invoice, which can be paid online with a Credit Card

Payment Notes: Please make sure to include the correct billing email during upload, your DCP will not be delivered without payment

Normal Delivery: Typically 24 hours or less after upload. DCPs are processed 8am to 6pm M-F

Rush Delivery: DCPs delivered after October 22nd will get same-day rush delivery, including during the weekend of October 28/29

Re-Delivery: If your DCP must be redelivered for any reason, it will be considered a new submission and billed as such
Validation: UKN will perform a checksum validation of your DCP to ensure the upload/download was successful
Quality Control: UKN will NOT perform an automated or visual QC of your content

User-Provided Downloads: If you are sending us a link to download your DCP, please also email us with your billing email address

Rights:

By uploading your DCP you guarantee that you are the owner of the content and have the rights to distribute and display it, furthermore, you understand that you are providing your DCP to Solid Post Holdings dba UNKNOWN POST for the sole purpose of having it delivered to the American Film Market, and that UNKNOWN POST will not retain a copy of your DCP once it has been delivered to the American Film Market
